• Peer-Education-Programme (PEP) (Eastern Cape)

    The PEP supports trained educators to implement peer-led education within unions and communities. It promotes mentorship, knowledge sharing and the cascading of skills to strengthen grassroots structures.

  • Provincial School: Limpopo School

    Provincial Schools provide structured education programmes based on the outcomes of the Needs Analysis. They focus on building core trade union knowledge, political understanding and organisational skills while strengthening solidarity and collective learning.

  • Labour Law: Arbitration (Western Cape)

    This short course equips trade unionists with practical skills to represent workers effectively in arbitration processes. It strengthens understanding of dispute resolution under the Labour Relations Act and builds confidence in case preparation and presentation.

  • Needs Analysis

    Western Cape The Needs Analysis phase involves participatory engagement with unions and activists to identify provincial education priorities, capacity gaps and strategic interventions required to strengthen union work. Outcomes inform the Provincial Schools and training plans. A participation link will be shared in advance to enable broader engagement.

  • Labour Law Accredited Skills Programme (Western Cape)

    An accredited 20-credit skills programme that strengthens participants’ understanding of labour law, occupational health and safety legislation, and dispute resolution processes. It equips trade unionists to apply the law based on facts and balance of probabilities.
