The PEP supports trained educators to implement peer-led education within unions and communities. It promotes mentorship, knowledge sharing and the cascading of skills to strengthen grassroots structures.
Provincial Schools provide structured education programmes based on the outcomes of the Needs Analysis. They focus on building core trade union knowledge, political understanding and organisational skills while strengthening solidarity and collective learning.
This short course equips trade unionists with practical skills to represent workers effectively in arbitration processes. It strengthens understanding of dispute resolution under the Labour Relations Act and builds confidence in case preparation and presentation.
The graduation ceremony recognises participants who have successfully completed the Trade Union Practice Qualification, celebrating their achievement and contribution to strengthening the labour movement.
