  • National Educator Forum (Head office)

    The National Educator Forums create a platform for trade union educators, labour service organisations and education activists to meet, reflect and share experiences. The forums strengthen networking across sectors, engage strategic organisational and education issues, and officially launch the 2026 Programme. They contribute to building stronger, more coordinated workers’ education structures nationally and provincially.

  • Administrators Development: Administrator Skills Block One Short Course (Head Office)

    This short course strengthens the role of union administrators by building a clear understanding of trade union values, structures and office systems. It equips participants with practical skills in office management, record-keeping, data management and member support, ensuring efficient and responsive union administration.

  • Train-the-Trainer (Free State)

    The Train-the-Trainer programme builds a pool of capable union educators by equipping participants with facilitation skills, popular education methods and practical tools. The course strengthens the ability of unions to design, deliver and evaluate their own worker education programmes sustainably.

  • Joint Siyakhuluma Seminar

    A collaborative seminar hosted jointly by DITSELA’s Head Office and Western Cape Office, bringing participants together for critical dialogue on current political and labour issues from a working-class perspective. A participation link will be shared in advance to enable broader engagement.

  • Needs Analysis

    Limpopo (Tzaneen); Mpumalanga (Gert Nsibande); Northern Cape (Kuruman) The Needs Analysis phase involves participatory engagement with unions and activists to identify provincial education priorities, capacity gaps and strategic interventions required to strengthen union work. Outcomes inform the Provincial Schools and training plans. A participation link will be shared in advance to enable broader engagement.
