This module focuses on building and strengthening trade union structures, recruitment strategies and organisational systems. It equips participants with knowledge and tools to enhance union effectiveness and membership participation.
This phase develops facilitation and curriculum design skills, enabling educators to independently deliver impactful worker education programmes within their provinces.
