The National Educator Forums create a platform for trade union educators, labour service organisations and education activists to meet, reflect and share experiences. The forums strengthen networking across sectors, engage strategic organisational and education issues, and officially launch the 2026 Programme. They contribute to building stronger, more coordinated workers’ education structures nationally and provincially.

It equips participants with practical skills in office management, record-keeping, data management and member support, ensuring efficient and responsive union administration. The Train-the-Trainer programme builds a pool of capable union educators by equipping participants with facilitation skills, popular education methods and practical tools. The course strengthens the ability of unions to design, deliver and evaluate their own worker education programmes sustainably. |
