This short course strengthens the role of union administrators by building a clear understanding of trade union values, structures and office systems. It equips participants with practical skills in office management, record-keeping, data management and member support, ensuring efficient and responsive union administration.
The Train-the-Trainer programme builds a pool of capable union educators by equipping participants with facilitation skills, popular education methods and practical tools.
